Iron is one of the essential minerals (minerals that occur naturally in nature) in the human body, affecting essential vital functions. Therefore, the organism also stores this substance in the supply. Iron is part of hemoglobin – a dye in red blood cells. Iron deficiency reduces the ability of blood cells to supply oxygen to all cells in the body. Anemia, anemia (too little hemoglobin in the blood), develops. Symptoms of anemia include, but are not limited to, fatigue, malaise, decreased concentration, headache, chills, insomnia, palpitations, increased susceptibility to infections, intestinal problems, pale appearance, shortness of breath. Even a mild iron deficiency reduces physical performance.
It is estimated that about a fifth of the world’s population suffers from anemia. Women who lose significant amounts of iron during menstruation are, particularly at risk. Many studies have confirmed that iron use helps prevent menstrual pain.

Vitamin C and copper help absorb iron. On the contrary, its absorption is impaired by drugs (acylpyrine, antibiotics, ibuprofen), coffee, cocoa, red wine and especially black tea.
Before taking iron supplements, you should have your blood levels checked. The body cannot excrete excessive amounts of iron. HOW TO USE for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women determined by a doctor, therapeutic doses for adults are usually 15-25 mg of iron per day.
